Artist's Comments
Early Work In Progress of a low-poly model of Jason from Blaster Master (known as Kane from MetaFight in Japan), the classic NES game. I'm hoping to finish this guy up and insert him into UT2004 or some other FPS. After I'm done with him, I'm going to work on Sophia, the tank from the game (Known as Metal Attacker in the Japanese version).
I based the design off of various scans from the Japanese manual, cover, and various other pieces of art. The design of the character varied in each instance so I just compiled what I felt were the best parts of each image into the model. I'm not done with it yet, it needs alot more cleaning up, an actual texture mapped to it, rigging, animation, etc. |

If Only Sunsoft would be willing to remake Blaster Master 2 and Blasting again in one pack for the Wii. With better music, graphics and gameplay. T.T
